Cincinnati Bagels @ Indy Animals: “Darnold the Destroyer”
Nobody saw Sam Darnold’s breakout performance coming, but with 290 yards and 3 TDs, he led the Bagels to a big win over Indy. Jordan Addison also chipped in with two touchdowns, and Cleveland’s defense locked down with a 9-point performance.
Indy had its moments—Jayden Daniels threw for 280 yards and 2 TDs, and Jahmyr Gibbs added two more scores—but it wasn’t enough to overcome Darnold’s big day. Indy’s season isn’t in trouble, but this was a humbling loss.
