Tabbi’s Kats (42) vs. Cincinnati Bagels (41)
In what may be the most thrilling finish of the week, Tabbi’s Kats edged out the Cincinnati Bagels, 42-41, in a nail-biter. Derrick Henry and D’Andre Swift were the dual-wielding hammers for the Kats, combining for 203 rushing yards and 2 TDs. "We’re just out here running downhill, no one can stop us," Henry said as he jogged off the field, looking like a human bulldozer.
Cincinnati was close—so close. Roschon Johnson scored two rushing touchdowns and Darnell Mooney made everyone remember who he is with 105 yards and 2 TDs, but it just wasn’t enough. "We were right there!" Sam Darnold shouted in the locker room, likely while staring at a wall and wondering what went wrong. "Maybe if I had thrown one more pass…or two."
