Hartford Whalers Blow Past Tabbi’s Kats 43-30
The Hartford Whalers (2-0) continue their undefeated run, beating the Tabbi’s Kats (1-1) by a score of 43-30. Patrick Mahomes led the way for Hartford, throwing for 180 yards and 2 touchdowns. The star of the day for the Whalers was wide receiver Nico Collins, who racked up 135 yards and a touchdown. Chris Godwin also contributed with 117 yards and a touchdown.
“Mahomes found his rhythm early, and it showed,” said Hartford owner Chad Allen. “Our wide receivers made big plays, and that woman's team was defeated.”
Tabbi’s Kats struggled to match Hartford’s offensive firepower. Derrick Henry rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown, while Rashee Rice had 75 receiving yards and 1 touchdown. Josh Allen's 141-yard, 1-TD performance wasn’t enough to pull off the victory.
